WRITTEN TRANSLATIONS

We offer a very flexible way to settle written translations, based on commonly used calculation units – a page of 1500 or 1125 characters with spaces (for certified translations), a word - according to statistics in a text editor or a man-hour. Translation rates depend on a source and target language, and also on the nature of the text and the volume of an order. Languages have been divided into language groups:

I language group	English, German, Russian, French
II language group	Czech, Slovakian, Spanish, Italian
III language group	Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
IV language group	other European languages

Contrary to our competitors we:

• do not apply different rates for translations from Polish or vice versa, in the first language group - our rate is always the same!
• do not charge additionally for formatting and simple graphics or working with files in pdf, ppt, jpg or tif format.
• provide free-of-charge printing of documents and saving them on data carriers.

Written translations are executed in the normal mode or in the fast mode. For fast translations we charge only 50% on top of the basic rate. In the normal mode, the day of receiving and delivering the order is excluded from the total duration of the translation. Specific deadline for the translation is always determined before the order is accepted.

Additional services:

• proofreading (verification) of the ready-made translation: 50% of the translation rate,
• verification of the translation by a native speaker: 50% of the translation rate,
• proofreading (verification) of published translations: up to 50% of the translation rate,
• verification and certification of the ready-made translation: 50% of the certified (sworn) translation rate,
• additional copy of the translated document: 20% of the certified (sworn) translation rate.

ORAL INTERPRETATIONS

• consecutive: from 99.00 PLN per hour,
• simultaneous (conference interpretation): from 149.00 PLN per hour.

The quoted rates are for one (1) hour (60 minutes) of an interpreter's work. Price per hour depends on the language of interpretation and the nature of the work, as well as the total duration of work. For simultaneous interpretations two interpreters are needed. We do not charge initial fees for interpreters’ arrival. We do not specify the bottom time limit for an interpreter's work. All above stated prices are net prices.
